Hi there! I’m Jenn (she/her), an experience design leader, passionate about using human-centered design to solve society’s most pressing challenges. I’m currently working in the federal government at the General Services Administration (GSA), where I partner with teams to build out their capacity in research and design and deliver digital solutions. In my spare time, I can be found breaking out of escape rooms, geeking out on board games, and searching for the best tacos.

FUN FACTS

I co-authored, built, and launched the US Digital Service Discovery Sprint Guide.

I conducted the 2020 Public Interest Technology Workforce survey, and wrote the report with our findings.

I created a space-themed virtual escape room during the pandemic that captures my love for all things puzzles.

My elopement was featured in Mini Vows on the New York Times.
